WHOA!!!! Gotta catch up!!!

I made the decision to scrap the running plan, in favor of focusing on being faithful with ONE aspect of working out... Gotta walk before I can run a 5k, I guess. I still think that the main factor for my weight loss is going to be getting the heck out of this moldy apartment!

Anyway, on the Friday the 29th, I slept in. No workout. BAD JOE! I realize more and more that it is my workout partner that provides me the motivation that I need. Her mere presence makes me REMEMBER to workout! I am SOOOOO thankful for her and her willingness to help me!

Saturday, January 30th, I went to my CPR instructor training course... almost done becoming a CPR instructor. I may not make that much this quarter, but it seems like this job could help me to live a little more intentionally in terms of eating better QUALITY of food... God fats, Grass-fed beef, Free-range chicken and more veggies. It seems like when I don't have much money, I tend to try to get as much as I can with the money I have... which tends to be processed food. It's amazing how attractive and accessible the devil's system has made killing yourself. MSG... Neurotoxin. High Fructose Corn Syrup... CAUSES type 2 diabetes and leptin resistance. Processed grains are just sugar in different forms, which causes an immune system response and cellular inflammation... we are eating ourselves to death and most of us don't even know it.

FOR ME, and others who are toxic like me, getting out of my current mold exposure is the biggest thing. At the end of March, I will be out of here! Then, we'll see just how fast I can detox and lose all of this weight! I am beginning to see some Heavy Metal Toxicity symptoms too... let's hope that those are just because of hypersensitivity caused by the mold toxins!!!

Sunday, Jan. 31st. - MaxFit workout #6
A little break from the new format of core - burst - core - burst - core - burst - rest a minute and repeat! Which is really hard! Workout #6 was the last of the workouts from the 2nd week, so Dr. Fred hadn't gone into that routine yet... if we had gone in order! LOL
1) Bent over rows/triceps curls
2) Half Squat to Toe Raise (good for vertical jump)
3) Chair Dips to kick backs (for which I had to use the couch... my shoulders are too wide to use ONE chair to do dips)
4) Hamstring Hip Raise (laying on your back and putting your feet on a stability ball and then raising your hips off the ground)
5) Upright Row to Arnold Press (which felt Austrian... LOL! Whatever THAT means!)
6) Iron Cross Squat
Rinse and repeat! (water break and do it again!)

Tuesday, Feb 2nd. - MaxFit workout #8
OK, back on track! This workout was back to the new format...
1) Plank to Chatarunga run (awkward and harder than it looks)
2) Prison Squats (burst... and I shouldn't have gone as fast as I did! I almost made myself throw up)
3) on/off the self lunges (I took this exercise easy, to try to recover from the prison squats)
4) Half Burpees (Burst... for which I had to figure out something else to do... people with large guts CANNOT get there legs to do that!)
5) Weighted squat runs (feels as weird as it sounds, but it really works you!)
6) Split Squats (Burst... What the heck is up with all the squats?!)
Rinse and repeat!
